Although, we take all reasonable precautions to ensure your orders will be delivered on time and in good condition, we have little control over the postal process and the loss or damage of an order may occationally occur.
At Paradoxal Press, we insure all our packages and will gladly send you a replacement copy of your order if it meets the following criteria
- Order not recieved after 21 days for USA domestic orders and 28 days for international orders.
- Your order was received on-time but arrived in a damaged condition.
If your package was lost of damaged, please complete our
Lost Order form in order for us to send a replacement book.
