In such cases, you are entiteled to a replacement or refund of the lost or damaged items. To complete such a request, simply fill the "Statement of Lost or Damaged Shipment" below by filling the necessary information and signing the document elecronically at the bottom of the page.
Once filled, we will process your request within 24 hours and issue a credit or replacement as requested.
